PopCon LA: The Ultimate Popculture Convention @ LA Convention Center
PopConLA: the Popular Culture Convention, which will be held July 5th through 8th at the LA Convention Center around the 7th annual International Television Festival (ITVfest). There will be scheduled screenings, panels, fashion shows, celebrity signings, art show, live bands, comedians, etc. The festival brings in thousands of people from around the world on its own, so by adding the elements of PopCon we’ll have a great turnout. We’re going to be doing a screening of Superman II with Q&A by Margot Kidder, Jack O’Halloran, Valerie Perrine and possibly even Sarah Douglas. They haven’t been together for 30 years. We have some really exciting things lined up. We will also be having a screening of Blade Runner followed by Q&A with Sean Young, James Hong and Joanna Cassidy. Billy Dee Williams of Star Wars fame will also be signing autographs. The Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager) Band will be playing on Friday, July 6th at 8pm during PopCon as well as Bruce Boxlietner and Cindy Morgan from Tron and Bai Ling of the Crow fame.

PopConLA: the Popular Culture Convention, which will be held July 5th through 8th at the LA Convention Center around the 7th annual International Television Festival (ITVfest). There will be scheduled screenings, panels, fashion shows, celebrity signings, art show, live bands, comedians, etc. The festival brings in thousands of people from around the world on its own, so by adding the elements of PopCon we’ll have a great turnout. We’re going to be doing a screening of Superman II with Q&A by Margot Kidder, Jack O’Halloran, Valerie Perrine and possibly even Sarah Douglas. They haven’t been together for 30 years. We have some really exciting things lined up. We will also be having a screening of Blade Runner followed by Q&A with Sean Young, James Hong and Joanna Cassidy. Billy Dee Williams of Star Wars fame will also be signing autographs. The Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager) Band will be playing on Friday, July 6th at 8pm during PopCon as well as Bruce Boxlietner and Cindy Morgan from Tron and Bai Ling of the Crow fame.

PopCon LA: The Ultimate Popculture Convention @ LA Convention Center
PopConLA: the Popular Culture Convention, which will be held July 5th through 8th at the LA Convention Center around the 7th annual International Television Festival (ITVfest). There will be scheduled screenings, panels, fashion shows, celebrity signings, art show, live bands, comedians, etc. The festival brings in thousands of people from around the world on its own, so by adding the elements of PopCon we’ll have a great turnout. We’re going to be doing a screening of Superman II with Q&A by Margot Kidder, Jack O’Halloran, Valerie Perrine and possibly even Sarah Douglas. They haven’t been together for 30 years. We have some really exciting things lined up. We will also be having a screening of Blade Runner followed by Q&A with Sean Young, James Hong and Joanna Cassidy. Billy Dee Williams of Star Wars fame will also be signing autographs. The Tim Russ (Star Trek: Voyager) Band will be playing on Friday, July 6th at 8pm during PopCon as well as Bruce Boxlietner and Cindy Morgan from Tron and Bai Ling of the Crow fame.

BET After-Parties @ MPC Studios
The Recording Artists Guild (RAG) and Metropolitan Studios are set to keep the BET Awards 2012 crowd up all night with two back to back after hours parties from midnight til’ the sun comes up. There will be the industry’s hottest DJs on decks including DJ Greg Street and special guest performers such as “Joe Beast” (aka: Joe Smith/NBA Lakers) and Danny from Sobrante. No cameras will be allowed to protect the privacy of the guests.
